The stacker pin setup as shown to the left allows you to set releases directly on a downrigger cable at a chosen depth. You can set as many releases as desired on a single cable. Our stacker pin setup is self releasing but remains on the cable. This means that when you bring your downrigger up from the water, the release will slide on the cable automatically. Using a fastener you will not lose your release and it is ready for setup again and again.

Our specially designed planer board cable lock is great. As with all the other parts of our unique design, using the "Slip-Fit" allows for up to 10 times more tension. Since our release has an adjustable tension slide, you can set the tension lighter for planer board fishing. As seen in the demonstration above, there is no other planer board release of its kind.
